Following the change in consumer behaviors, we realized that the need for fast food & food delivery increased significantly during the outbreak. However, regarding the method to order & food merchants, consumers consider very carefully before making a decision.
Together with KFC, we developed a campaign with message focus:
CONTACTLESS DELIVERY - COMPLETELY SAFE!
A main video clip was produced in just 7 days just right before social distancing rules applied. We clearly introduce every step of KFC’s contactless delivery process in a positive voice with fun mood & tone under format of rap music video.
Simultaneously with a smart media plan, KFC’s website and mobile app tech are improved and developed to attract consumers and instantly provide what they need at the time.
